Association of Connecticut (TACT) is a social not-for-profit organization registered in the State of Connecticut
(CT). TACT serves and
promotes the Telugu Values, Traditions and Culture
amongst the people of CT.
TACT is one of the oldest Telugu associations in North America. It caters to the cultural, social and literary needs of the Telugu people migrated from India as well as their children raised here in USA. TACT celebrates all the major annual Telugu festivals such as Sankranti, Ugadi, Dasara and Deepavali. It strongly encourages participation by members as well as all the interested individuals and families living in the area. Other social events include annual picnic during summer, screening Telugu movies, organizing special cultural events with visiting artists from India and talented people living in USA.. |
